1. In-App Purchases
- Nearby Nirvana offers digital products, including premium features, advertising placements, and other enhancements that can be purchased within the app.
- All purchases are processed through third-party platforms, such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, which manage billing and payment processing.
- Prices for in-app purchases are displayed within the app and may change at any time.
2. Subscriptions
- Nearby Nirvana offers subscription plans, including Ads Free, VIP, and Business Premium, which provide users with exclusive features.
- A free trial might be available from time to time. After the trial period, the applicable subscription fee will be charged unless canceled before the trial expires.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at the time of purchase and upon each renewal.
3. Managing Subscriptions and Cancellations
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
- Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must manually cancel through the respective store settings to stop future charges.
- If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Refund Policy
- All in-app purchases and subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or as determined by Apple or Google’s refund policies.
